EFT is used as self help coaching techniques to balance the body’s
energy system thereby reducing stress and enhancing health.

While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it is still
in the experimental stage. EFT provides impressive results for most people
but there is no guarantee it will achieve your goals or be as painless

enormously by using it and who studies and practices EFT daily.
